Terms of Service

1. What Morphys is

Morphys lets you customize how websites look in your browser. The bookmarklet and consumer extension apply visual themes. The Teams product lets organizations customize enterprise tools and share those customizations with team members.

2. Who can use Morphys

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use Morphys. By using Morphys, you confirm you meet this requirement. For Teams, you must be authorized to act on behalf of your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may use Morphys to customize the visual appearance of websites for your own personal or organizational use.

You may not use Morphys to:

• Circumvent paywalls, authentication systems, or access controls of any website
• Scrape, extract, or harvest data from websites at scale
• Inject content that is defamatory, illegal, or harmful
• Interfere with the proper functioning of any website beyond visual customization
• Resell access to Morphys to third parties without our written permission
• Use the Teams AI features to generate content that violates OpenAI's usage policies
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of Morphys beyond what is publicly available

4. Third-party websites

Morphys modifies the visual presentation of third-party websites in your browser. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party website you customize. You are responsible for ensuring your use of Morphys on any website complies with that website's terms of service.

5. The Teams product

The Teams product is a B2B service. The organization admin ("workspace owner") accepts these terms on behalf of the organization. The workspace owner is responsible for:

• Ensuring all members have appropriate permission to use enterprise tools with Morphys
• Ensuring that published layouts comply with applicable laws
• Managing member access appropriately

6. AI-generated content

The Teams AI editing feature generates layout changes based on your instructions. AI outputs may be imperfect, incorrect, or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated layout before publishing it to your team. Morphys does not guarantee that AI-generated layouts will be accurate, appropriate, or effective.

7. Intellectual property

Morphys and its underlying technology are the exclusive property of Morphys. You retain ownership of any layout specifications you create. By publishing a layout to a team, you grant team members a license to use that layout within the Morphys service.

We do not claim ownership of any content on the websites you customize. Visual customizations you apply exist only in your browser and are not copies or derivatives of the websites' content in a copyright sense.

8. Service availability

We provide Morphys on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted availability of the service
• That the extension will work on every website (sites may update their structure, blocking transforms)
• That AI-generated layouts will meet your expectations

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. For Teams subscribers, we will provide at least 30 days notice before discontinuing the service entirely.

9. Data

Our Privacy Policy (morphys.app/privacy) governs how we collect and use data. It is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

Morphys is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, that transforms will work on any specific website, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Morphys and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages from website modifications, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Morphys and its operators from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of Morphys in a way that harms a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Morphys if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Morphys at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account (for Teams users). Upon termination, your saved data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version here with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Morphys after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
